The booth system integrates product UI, brand visuals, and spatial design to create a seamless narrative—from awareness to conversation. Designed for scalability across events, the system balances bold visibility with an inviting, human-centered layout.

At trade shows, CareCru competes in a saturated space where attention is limited and messaging must land instantly. The challenge was to distill a complex, AI-driven product into a clear, compelling narrative that resonates with dental practices and drives booth engagement.

Solution
Created a modular booth system centered around a bold, benefit-driven headline (“Empty chairs cost you. DonnaAI fills them.”) to instantly communicate value. Paired this with high-contrast visuals, product UI previews, and clear information hierarchy to guide attention from awareness to deeper engagement.
The layout balances visibility and approachability—combining large-format signage for impact with a lounge-style seating area to encourage conversations. A cohesive visual system, consistent branding, and strategic placement of key elements ensure the booth stands out in a crowded environment while supporting natural attendee flow and interaction.
